2024-2025 Financial Aid Information

• FAFSA & CADAA Open: Available starting December 31, 2023.
• Cal Grant Priority Deadline:May 2, 2024.
• Required Income Information: Use 2022 income for your 2024-2025 FAFSA or CADAA.
• Final Deadline: You can apply anytime during the school year, but the deadline is June 30, 2025.
• Important: Ventura College must have your correct, complete information by your last day of enrollment for 2024-2025.

Get Your Financial Aid Offer on Time!

• For 2024-2025: If you complete all your financial aid requirements by June 28, 2024, we guarantee you’ll receive your Financial Aid Offer before school starts.
• No long wait times! Get your aid sorted before Fall 2024 begins on August 12, 2024.
• For 2023-2024: You will receive your Financial Aid Offer by July 1, 2023.

Why Apply Early?

• Applying early increases your chances of getting more aid.
• Some grants, like Federal Work-Study, are given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If eligible, you will receive your aid during the first week of school.

NO REVISIONS will be made to your financial aid award(s) after the Pell Recalculation Date. Your awards will increase or decrease according to your enrollment status as of the dates below.
